  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Victoria Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
